IC Specialist (Clinical Application Specialist) Tokyo

As an Intensive Care(集中治療) or Neonatal Care(新生児治療)  Specialist

IC or NCスペシャリストとして,

Lean and support to your team and related team in correctly describing the information and functions that are valuable/beneficial for our customers and sales, based on the customer challenges and requirements, so that these requirements can be implemented in projects in a customer-oriented manner.

お客様の課題や要望をもとに、お客様や営業担当者にとって価値ある/有益な情報や機能を正しく表現し、その要望をお客様志向でプロジェクトに実装できるよう、自チーム、関連チームをリードする、或いはサポートする

In an agile, will be the primary contact person for all specific questions and properties of the product/solutions.

製品・ソリューションに関連する質問と特性に関する主要なコンタクトパーソンとして対応する。

Use the clinical knowledge of acute care to formulate, communicate, specify and translate features into customer benefits in a generally understandable, technically correct form. Take into account the applicable norms, standards and quality requirements of a product or service.

急性期医療に関する臨床知識を活かして、一般的に理解しやすく、技術的に正しい形で、機能を顧客の利益になるように伝達する。 製品やサービスに適用される規範、標準、品質要件を考慮する。

Establish a close connection to the customer, communicate with the members of the team as well as with Sales and Services team by creating smooth relationship.

顧客と密接な関係を築き、チームメンバーや営業やサービスチームと円滑な関係を構築しコミュニケーションをとる

Plan and conduct product training for sales, services and customers.

営業担当者・サービス担当者、顧客に製品トレーニングを計画・実施する

Plan and implement introductions, explanations, demonstrations, installations and proposals of products

製品の紹介、説明、デモ、インストール、提案など計画・実施する

Lead and support company's product exhibition, including related products at conferences and other events

関連製品含む、当社製品の学会展示などを主導、或いはサポートする

Research market/conference information

市場/学会情報を調査する

Provide the technical support for planning, construction, and operation of systems

部門システム(CIS)計画・構築や運営などの技術的支援を提供する

Other related works 　その他の関連業務

• Channel development / 販路の開発
• Portfolio strategy for PMA or Suuport  / PMA戦略の立案、 或いはそのサポート
• Budget achievement for PMA / PMAの予算達成
• KOL management, Pre-sales activities / KOLマネージメントとローンチ活動
• Trouble shooting and delivery issue etc. / 問題解決と納期調整 など

Visits to訪問先

• Hospitals (e.g., Intensive Care Units, Emergency Rooms, Operating Rooms, Neonatal Care Units) 医療施設（集中治療室、救急室、手術室、新生児室等）

Partner companies, etc. パートナー会社など 

Education

【Requrimetns 必須】

大卒以上 、もしくは業務を遂行する知識、経験

University bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience to perfoVver 3 year’s Compensation & Benefits or Payroll experience necessary

【Preferred 優遇】

Have business experience in acute or intensive care

急性期医療または集中治療領域におけるビジネス経験

Nursing or related studies

看護学または関連する学問を専攻。 

Related Experience

【Requrimetns 必須】

Medical Business experience in company / 医療業界でのビジネス経験

高額有形商材の営業経験、或いはマーケティング経験、或いはビジネスデベロップメントの経験

【Preferred 優遇】

Business experience in healthcare industry(Medical device and pharma etc.) / ヘルスケア業界のビジネス経験(医療機器、製薬など)

Some clinical nurse experience in acute care (OR, ER, ICU, NICU etc.) / 急性期医療（OR、ER、ICU、NICUなど）

Skills, Special Competencies or Certificationsertifications

【Requrimetns 必須】

Natively Japanese speaking with good knowledge of English (verbally and written) / ネイティブレベルの日本語力 、ビジネスレベルの英語力（話す聞く書く読む）。

Highly motivated to drive business in Marketing position マーケティング職でビジネスを推進することに強い意欲を持つ

【Preferred 優遇】

Good understanding of clinical processes and procedures in acute care or in Neonatal care .  / 急性期医療、或いは新生児医療における臨床のプロセスや手順をよく理解していること。

Business driven skill: drive the business strongly as product leader /ビジネスのドライブスキル: 製品リーダーとして強力なビジネスの推進

Basic marketing skill: analysis market(Excel), understandable presentation(PPT) and clear letter(Word) / マーケティング基礎スキル: 市場分析(Excel)、理解しやすいプレゼン(PPT)、明瞭な文書(Word)
