Safety Operations Customer Service

The Job Responsibilities
1. オーダー管理(見積作成、受注処理、出荷スケジュール調整、請求書発行、製品登録)
2. 顧客対応(電話、メール、FAX、来客)
3. 社内外顧客からの要望に対する本社との納期調整、および関連対応
4. 営業、サービスエンジニアの業務サポート
5. データ集計、管理
6. 業務マニュアル作成、派遣社員指導、OJT
7. その他カスタマーサービス関連業務、関連プロジェクトへの参加
1. Order management (quoting, order processing, shipping scheduling, invoicing, product registration)
2. Implement the customer service (phone, email, fax, and customer visits etc.)
3. Coordinate the delivery schedule with head office for internal and external customer requests and related actions
4. Support for sales and service engineers
5. Data compilation and management
6. Create, review and update the business manuals, guidance of temporary employees, and on-the-job training (OJT)
7. Implement and support other customer service related tasks and participation in related projects
Your Qualifications
Education
- 大学卒業以上、または同等の知識
- University degree or equivalent

- 英語:ビジネスレベル(海外本社とメール/口頭コミュニケーションがとれる)

- コミュニケーション能力
- Business level English(can communicate with overseas headquarters via email/verbal communication)
