Your Qualifications

Education  

  • Technical school graduate, college graduate or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
  • 高専卒、大学卒 or 同等レベルの知識・経験

 

Related Experience 

【Requirements/必須要件】

  • Experience in General Affairs or similar job experience
  • Driving experience (required for work around company car)
  • 総務業務経験、または近しい業務の経験
  • 運転経験(社用車周りの業務に必要なため)

 

【Welcome Requirements/歓迎要件】

  • Experience in a foreign company/ 外資系企業での経験 

 

Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications

【Requirements/必須要件】

・       Driver's license

・       Business level or above Japanese language skills

・       Basic PC skills (MS office) (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)        

・       General business manners

・       Hands on style

・       Coordination skills to work with internal and external stakeholders

・       Flexibility and  adaptability to situation change

 

•          自動車運転普通免許

•          ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力

•          PCの基本的な操作スキル(MS office) (Word、Excel、PowerPoint、

   Outlook、Teams等)

※Busy period is from October to March.

※Annual paid vacations: 10 days in the first year, from July onward (8 to 1 day, depending on the time of employment)
