The Job Responsibilities

■General labour Management

  • Manage the compensation system
  • Implement and manage salary and bonus calculation
  • Manage the social insurance procedures (*Salary and labour operations are outsourced, so liaison and coordination with the outsourcing company are included.
  • Implement and manage the attendance / leave records of employees
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding process
  • Operate and manage the personnel management system(HR system)
  • Plan, implement and manage work related to revision of employment regulations (planning to implementation)
  • Operate the Health and safety related action (operation of health and safety committee, communication with industrial physicians, departments, and employees, etc.)
  • Operate the employee representative meetings
  • Issue a various certificates
  • Implement an company housing related tasks

■Other HR-related projects

Other HR related projects, Introduce and manage global HR information management system etc.

・社会保険手続き

 ※給与・労務業務はアウトソースしているため、アウトソース先との連絡・調整含む

・勤怠管理

・入社退社の手続き

・人事情報管理システムの運用・管理

・就業規則改訂関連業務(立案~導入まで)

・安全衛生関連業務(安全衛生委員会運営、産業医や部門、社員とのコミュニケーションなど)

・従業員代表者会議の運営

・各種証明書の発行

・社宅関連業務

■その他、人事関連プロジェクト

・グローバル人事情報管理システム導入、など

Your Qualifications

Education  大卒以上 

 

Related Experience 

【Requirements】

・Over 5 year’s HR experiences, especially  over 3 year’s Compensation & Benefits or Payroll experience necessary

5年以上の人事業務全般経験、とくに3年以上のCompensation & Benefits或いはPayroll(報酬・福利厚生)の経験は必須

・Work experience at foreign company外資系企業での就業経験

 

【Preferred】

・SAP Experience SAPの使用経験

・Wide experiences such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist  HR Business PartnerやHR Generalistとして幅広い人事業務経験

・Experience in HR system implementation projects人事系システム導入プロジェクトに携わった経験

 

Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications

【Requirements】

・Japanese Skill ( Native level) 流暢な日本語力

・English Skill(Business level)英語力:読み、書き、聞く、話すがビジネスレベル(電話会議対応可能なレベル)

・ PC skill PCスキル:MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.) PCスキル:MS365(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teams等)

・Hands on style ハンズオンで業務を進められる

・Attention to detail細部へのこだわり

・Interpersonal skills対人スキル

 

【Preferred】

・Health Manager Qualification衛生管理者資格

・Flexiblity臨機応変に対応できる柔軟性

・Ability to be proactive and take initiatives積極的に行動できる

・Previous experience, salary and ability will be taken into account.
