Dräger is now looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and develop our warehouse departments across the Nordics. This role combines both managerial and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.

As The Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for our three warehouses in the Nordics, Gothenburg (SE), Stavanger (NO) and Vantaa (FI). You will ensure that all work within your area of responsibility is performed safely and in accordance with established company EHS & Safety standards and regulations. Collaborating with Workshop management, you will meet their needs and ensure the right spare parts are available at the right time, to enable them to do their tasks in an efficient way. Leading and motivating staff, including training & development will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable processes within your area of responsibility.

On the Operational side you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of the warehouse in Gothenburg. This includes overseeing and handling the incoming and outgoing goods, hygiene controlling, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance for both our business segments in Safety and Hospital. You will also be responsible for using our warehouse space efficiently within the current layout. You will manage the stock and reconcile with data storage systems, and with this ensure smooth and efficient inventory management and logistics.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry. As our warehouse is small and focusing on being a crucial part of the flow process handling more goods-in & goods-out, having prior knowledge and experience of these types of tasks is crucial to succeed in this role.

You should also be ready to travel in this position as you would have two direct reports in different countries.
