About the role

  • All employees have a responsibility to comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out their duties.
  • Being a point of contact for customers and Internal staff, dealing with enquiries via telephone and email, which may include product application and obtaining part numbers.
  • Quotation and order generation providing information for Sales, Service and Hire as well as order management call handling such as delivery dates and stock queries, and customer aftercare and escalation and resolution of any customer issues.
  • Assist with logistics operations, raising purchase requisitions and one time offers, failure on arrival reporting and CRM cases.
  • Create and maintain accurate information within Draeger systems including but not limited to SAP, SRM, CRM and TC Manager.
  •  Need to be flexible in supporting the business forecasting needs and be required to work alternative hours / shift patterns as and when business require.

Your Qualifications

Education/Qualifications

  • Educated to Secondary Education level is essential.
  • IT knowledge: MS Office
  • English language is essential

Related Experience 

  • Any customer focused/facing interaction is desirable.
  • Any general public interaction paid or voluntary work is desirable
