The Job Responsibilities

The purpose is to create PMA strategy according to CA strategy in area of Intensive Care. It can bridge the gap between front-line sales and back-office marketing and root CA strategy. / 目的は、集中治療領域のカスタマーエリア(CA)戦略に沿ったPMA戦略を立案することであり、フロントラインでの乖離を埋めて、カスタマーエリア戦略を根付かせことです。

  • Support and help develop local CA strategy / カスタマーエリア戦略立案のサポート
  • Portfolio management for PMA  / PMAのポートフォリオマネージメント
  • Channel development / 販路の開発
  • KOL management, Pre sales activities  / KOLマネージメントとローンチアクティビティ
  • Application support, customer trainings and education, employee trainings and education /アプリケーションサポート、顧客教育・社員教育
  • Alignment between sales, service and marketing / 営業・サービス・マーケティングの連携
  • Budget achievement for PMA  / PMAの予算達成
  • Trouble shooting and delivery issue / 問題解決と納期のコーディネーション
  • Sales approach and pricing / 営業サポートとプライシング 
  • Portfolio strategy for PMA  / PMA戦略の立案

Your Qualifications

Education

【Requrimetns】

・University bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience to perform / 大卒以上、もしくは業務を遂行する知識、経験

【Preferred】

・For education the bachelor degree should be in marketing, economics, nursing or related studies /マーケティング/経済学/看護学または関連する学問を専攻

 

Related Experience 

【Requrimetns】

・Marketing experience more than 3 years in healthcare industry (Medical device or Pharma etc.)/ 3年以上のヘルスケア業界のマーケティング経験(医療機器、製薬など)

・Marketing experience of Dialysis devices, Infusion pump and Monitor system etc. related to acute care./急性期医療に関連する透析機器、輸液ポンプ、生体モニター等 のマーケティング経験

【Preferred】

Marketing experience more than 3 years in acute care (OR, ER, ICU, etc)/3 年以上の急性期領域(オペ領域、救急領域、急性期病棟など)のマーケティング経験

【Requrimetns】

① Business driven skill: drive the business strongly as product leader/ビジネスのドライブスキル: 製品リーダーとして強力なビジネスの推進

② Strategic thinking: understandings CA strategy and create product strategy/戦略的思考: カスタマーエリア戦略の理解と製品戦略の立案

③ Business English skill: smooth communication with international colleagues/ビジネス英語力: 海外の同僚との円滑なコミュニケーション

④Basic marketing skill: analysis market(Excel), understandable presentation(PPT) and clear letter(Word)/マーケティング基礎スキル: 市場分析(Excel)、理解しやすいプレゼン(PPT)、明瞭な文書(Word)

⑤Highly motivated to drive business in Marketing position./マーケティング職でビジネスを推進することに強い意欲を持つ。

・    Break time: 12:00-13:00 (60 minutes)

※Busy period is from October to March.

※Flex time system

・Social insurance: Health insurance, employee pension insurance, unemployment insurance, workers' accident compensation insurance

・Retirement allowance system: Available defined contribution pension plan

・Annual paid vacations: 10 days in the first year, from July onward (8 to 1 day, depending on the time of employment)

From the following year: 11 to 20 days, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays

Annual holidays: 120 days or more

Probation period: 6 months
