The following terms of use apply to the career portal offered by Dräger on the website and in mobile applications as well as the associated services.
By logging in, or, if a separate log-in is not required, by commencing use, the validity of these terms of use in their respective version is accepted.

Data protection

Dräger is committed to protecting the personal rights of everyone whose personal data is processed by Dräger. Insofar as Dräger collects, processes or uses personal data of the user via the career portal, this is done within the framework of the legal provisions and the respective data protection regulations of Dräger. General information on the processing of your personal data within the scope of using our web offer can be found in our data protection declaration at https://www.draeger.com/de_corp/Home/Data-Protection.

Applicant profile and application

To ensure that your data reaches us quickly and securely, Dräger uses an online application portal. To apply for a job with us, you can register. To do this, we need your name, e-mail address and a password of your choice. You can also apply directly, in which case Dräger will automatically create a user account with your email address.
You can find out how to change your password or what to do if you forget it in the "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQs; https://www.draeger.com/de_corp/karriere/Jobs-Und-Bewerbung/Haeufige-Fragen) .
We process the data you have entered in the career portal for the purpose of processing your application and, if applicable, hiring you as a result. Dräger will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your application is processed carefully and completely. To this end, your application data must be truthful, up-to-date and complete and must not contain any misleading or deceptive information. Your personal data and information will only be made available to authorized persons within Dräger.
With your consent, we will include your application data in a talent pool for a period of 6 months.  In this talent pool, we store your contact and application data in order to find potentially suitable candidates for vacant positions. In such a case, we will contact you from our end.
You can view the data you have stored in the career portal at any time. Please notify us immediately of any changes to your application data by updating it in the career portal. By submitting your application, you agree to the storage and electronic processing of your data. You set the electronic checkmark provided for this purpose as part of the registration process or when submitting a direct application. Only in this case will you be able to complete your online application. Your consent to data processing will be recorded. You can revoke this consent at any time. Deleting your online applicant account also ends the data processing by us. You can carry out this deletion yourself or arrange for it to be carried out by us. You can find more information on this in the "Frequently Asked Questions" (FAQs).

If you delete your online applicant account yourself in the course of an active application process or revoke your consent to data processing, we will no longer be able to consider your application in the context of filling a position. We also regularly check that the data in the online application portal is up to date and delete user accounts that are no longer used after the retention period has expired. This is 6 months.  Before we delete your personal data and other information, we will contact you. By logging back into the online application portal, you confirm your interest in maintaining the account.
And if you really don't need your account anymore? Then you do not need to do anything.
