
Business Development Manager (m/w/d) Emergency & Rescue Services
The Job Responsibilities
To strengthen our market position in the Fire Services and Mining segments, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to identify global market potential, analyze customer needs, and shape sustainable growth strategies.
- Analyzing market and technology trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements as a basis for strategic decisions
- Segmenting and prioritizing customer groups, and assessing market and business potential
- Developing and implementing medium- and long-term market approach and segment strategies
- Leading global product launches, including cross-functional, international launch teams
- Coordinating market- and customer-relevant information with Communications, Product Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and the regions/subsidiaries
- Providing strategic and operational support to international sales organizations, including tenders and customer projects
- Representing the business field in international customer contacts and global projects

Your Qualifications
- Several years of experience in business development, B2B marketing, sales, or product management
- Market and application knowledge in the emergency response organization or safety technology environment
- Strategic and analytical skills, with a solid grasp of market and competitive dynamics
- Experience coordinating cross-functional, international projects and teams
- Fluent English (German optional)
- Intercultural competence and enjoyment of communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Degree in business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Structured, goal-oriented way of working and self-initiative
