The Job Responsibilities
As a Global Technical Trainer (m/f/d) in the field of medical technology, you will conduct national and international technical training courses for our technical service and other internal target groups as well as customers. The Dräger product portfolio ranges from anesthesia and intensive care ventilation to neonatology.
Your future tasks:
- Developing, preparing, conducting, and following up on target group-oriented classroom and online training courses
- Developing and implementing target group-oriented e-learning courses
- Developing and updating training documents
- Maintaining and servicing training equipment
- Actively maintaining the global trainer network
- Planning and implementing projects to support regional or country-specific training business
- Supporting the development of training programs and learning paths with Training Portfolio Management and related departments
Your Qualifications
- Technical vocational training, ideally with further training in the field of education and many years of professional experience, or a degree in a clinical/technical/educational field with initial relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of the medical technology market or medical facilities desirable
- Initial experience in conducting training courses in adult education
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 30%)
- Very good written and spoken German and English
