The Job Responsibilities

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and want to work for a company that truly makes a difference? Dräger Denmark is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join our dedicated Customer Service team within the Safety segment.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Danish customers, ensuring smooth order management and providing expert support. Based at our Herlev office, you’ll report to the Customer Service Manager, Safety Nordics, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordic region.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding service and ensure every customer feels valued.
  • Handle inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and speed.
  • Onboard customers to our Customer Portal and guide them through digital tools.
  • Prepare and follow up on technical offers and quotes.
  • Manage orders across multiple platforms and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide product advice and support claim handling.
  • Take responsibility for accurate invoicing and administrative tasks.
  • Drive sales for our C-customers, ensuring they receive the right solutions and support.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, product managers, and Nordic colleagues.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical understanding and interest in technical products.
  • Background in engineering or technical education is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Danish and English; Swedish is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with SAP, CRM365, and digital platforms (SharePoint, purchasing portals, webshops) is an advantage.
  • A solution-oriented team player who is structured, proactive, and positive.
