１、非対面チャンネルへの営業活動：商社（船関連含む）

案件要求事項の把握、商品説明、プロモーション、見積対応（SP4での見積書作成）を実施する。ＣＳ(カスタマーサービス)チーム対応分のサポートも実施。

2、非対面チャンネルへの営業活動：カタログハウス

掲載情報（価格、製品改廃、製品仕様、新規掲載）のメンテナンスと、特殊品の見積対応を実施する。ＣＳチーム対応分のサポートも実施。

3、顧客やマーケット要求を捉え、社内関連部署へフィードバックを実施

顧客との情報交換で収集した情報とそれに対するアクションを社内（セールス、マーケティング、サービス）へフィードバックする。

4、KAIZEN（特にＣＲＭ関連）

業務フロー円滑化のため、現状プロセスにおけるKAIZENを提案・実施する。特にＣＲＭについては、海外担当者と情報交換を行い、社内でのさらなる有効活用につなげる。

5、案件（Opportunities）開発と管理を営業ツールの一つであるCRMを用いて実行する。

CRMを用いて案件の開発と管理を行い、確実に受注に結びつける。　また、売り上げのフォーキャストを行い、ビジネスプラン、在庫プランにフィードバックする。

6、多様性の理解

部署をまたがる業務のため、他チーム、部門との協業を多様性を理解し実行する。 

7.    その他カスタマーサービス関連業務、関連プロジェクトへの参加

Sales Activities for Indirect Channels – Trading Companies (incl. marine-related)
Handle customer inquiries, product promotion, quotations (via SP4), and support the CS team as needed. Sales Activities for Indirect Channels – Catalog House
Manage published product information (pricing, spec changes, new listings) and handle custom quotation requests. Support CS team activities. Customer & Market Feedback
Collect insights from customers and share feedback with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Service). KAIZEN Initiatives (esp. CRM-related)
Propose and implement process improvements. Collaborate with overseas CRM teams to enhance system usage. Opportunity Management via CRM
Develop and manage opportunities in CRM to secure orders and provide sales forecasts for business and inventory planning. Cross-functional Collaboration & Diversity
Work effectively across departments with an understanding and appreciation of diversity.

Education

• 大学卒業以上、または同等の知識
• University degree or equivalent

Related Experience

• 営業業務において3年以上の経験
• 基幹システム使用経験（例、SAP, Sales ForceなどのCRM等） 
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations
• Experience using enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or other CRMs)

Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications

• 海外担当者とのコミュニケーション（メール、TEL、Online meeting）できる英語能力
• Email, MS office
• 論理的思考能力
• コミュニケーション能力 
• Business-level English for communication with overseas counterparts (email, phone, online meetings)
• Proficient in email and MS Office tools
• Strong logical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills
