  • The Head of Care Area Neonatal Care is accountable for the global success of our product portfolio and goals in terms of sales, profit contribution, cost, quality, resource planning, delivery reliability in accordance with national and international legal requirements (e.g. FDA, NMPA, MDR, ISO)
  • Employee development, performance appraisal and promotion of high performing employees
  • Continuous development of assigned business processes to increase profitability and corporate success
  • Foster the strategic development of BU Therapy as member of the BU Therapy Management team 

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in economics or engineering
  • Long-term professional experience in neonatal care
  • Leadership experience desirable but not prerequisite
  • Acting as role model
  • Knowledge in Quality Management Systems
  • Business Strategy know-how
  • Strong target-orientation
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competencies
  • Ability to drive change
