The Job Responsibilities

1. 点検・修理作業

顧客の要求によるフィールド業務を、日程調整、見積作成、診断、及び点検・修理作業、及びCRMを使用した処理まで、一貫してSOPに基づいて実施する。

2. 点検・修理時の文書作成、及び製品添付作業
定義された文書の作成、及び製品添付作業を行う。また文書は、定義された場所へ保管をする

3. 売上目標の達成

サービス対象を明確にするためインストールベースを管理する。また、顧客の要求を考慮して点検を案内、推奨し、継続的に点検を獲得、実行しチームの売り上げ目標を達成する。また、MTP(中期計画)目標の達成のため、営業と協力し活動する。

4. トラブル・品質問題への対応

サービス、マーケティング、営業、品質保証/レギュラトリーと協力して保障期間内の故障、品質に起因する故障、クレーム等品質問題への対応を行う。品質問題については、苦情報告書やCRMを使って工場へ問題解決の要求を行う。

5. 最新のワークインストラクション
ServiceConnectやプロセスランドスケープを定期的に参照し、最新のワークインストラクションを確認する。

6. 顧客情報など企業情報を公開しないことを保障する。

7. 支出をコントロールし予算ガイドライン内で正しく使う。設定された会社の手続きや方針に従う。

8. 改善活動
顧客満足を高め、アフターサービスの作業効率や品質を高めるための改善提案を行う。

9. その他関連業務 

1. Inspection and Repair Operations
Conduct field service operations based on SOPs, including scheduling, quotation, diagnosis, inspection/repair work, and CRM documentation.

2. Documentation and Product Labeling During Service

Prepare required documents and attach them to products; store all documents in designated locations.

3. Achieving Sales Targets
Manage the installed base to identify service opportunities, recommend inspections based on customer needs, and support the team in meeting revenue and mid-term plan goals through collaboration with Sales.

4. Troubleshooting and Quality Issues
Collaborate with Service, Marketing, Sales, and QA/RA teams to address warranty failures, quality-related issues, and customer complaints, reporting via CRM and quality reports.

5. Keeping Up-to-Date with Work Instructions
Regularly check ServiceConnect and the process landscape to stay updated on the latest work instructions.

6. Confidentiality
Ensure no unauthorized disclosure of customer or company information.

7. Cost Control and Compliance
Use company resources within budget guidelines and in compliance with policies and procedures.

8. Improvement Initiatives
Propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and service quality.

9. Other Related Duties
Perform other duties as assigned related to service operations.

 

Your Qualifications

Education 理工系学校卒業程度の知識

Related Experience 

【必須】Required

  • 3~5年以上のフィールドサービスエンジニアの実務経験
  • 顧客対応経験

【尚可】Preferred

  • 計装機器のサービスエンジニアの経験

 

Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications

【必須】Required

  • 普通自動車免許
  • Word/Excel等の基本的なPCスキル
  • トレーニング受講、マニュアル読解、メール発信を行う程度の英語力
  • 下記に記載する内容や意味がわかること
  • ガス検知器の主な仕様は、DC24V/4-20mAです。
  • 制御盤の設定作業を行います。
  • サンプリングボックスのメインテナンスを行います。(ボックス内配線なし)
  • 将来リーダーを目指すというマインドを持っている。
  • 自ら動いて物事を進めて行く姿勢

Annual income

前職経験・給与・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。

Education
Degree or equivalent knowledge in science or engineering.

Related Experience

Required:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer
  • Customer-facing experience

Preferred:

  • Experience servicing instrumentation equipment

Skills, Competencies, and Certifications

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic PC skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • English proficiency sufficient to attend training, read manuals, and send emails
  • Understanding of the following technical aspects:
    • Main specs of gas detectors: DC24V / 4–20mA
    • Setting operations on control panels
    • Maintenance of sampling boxes (no internal wiring)
  • Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative

Annual Income
Determined based on previous experience, salary, and skills.
Bonus system available.
