Service Support Specialist

Are you a new member of our team? We are looking for a motivated and dedicated new colleague for our team in Service Support, Safety at our office in Vantaa.  

This role will work across several different fields of expertise and in close cooperation with our Service, Customer Service and Sales Departments. It is a part of our Nordic Operations department which means that several tasks are completed in the same way all over the Nordics. Thanks to this set-up you will not only have close cooperation with colleagues all over the Nordics, but you will also be expected to assist other countries if needed.  

Main tasks and responsibilities are: 

• Collaboration with other departments across the Nordics. 

• Goods in/out for Service. 

• Invoicing. 

• Register and follow-up of Service Orders. 

• Maintenance plans for Service Orders (Contract Management) 

• Other administrative tasks that are natural for the position and the team.  

As this is an administrative role where you function as the first point of contact for our customers in questions related to our Service and products you will have a lot of contact with our customers through phone and e-mail.  

We are looking for you who have:  

• A technical understanding and likes to produce solutions for different problems.  

• Preferably you are a tech-savvy person and interested in new digital solutions 

• Good language skills both in Finnish & English. Swedish or other Nordic languages is an advantage. 

• Previous experience of working in a support function. 

• Previous experience of working in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP as working tools.
