The Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for organising international technical training courses for our technical service and other internal target groups as well as customers on the Dräger product portfolio in the area of monitoring and IT.
The focus of your work will be training on (medical) networks, setting up and configuring servers (Linux, Microsoft Server), integrating medical devices into network structures, data security, etc.
Your future tasks:
- Developing, preparing, conducting and following up on target group-orientated face-to-face and online training courses
- Developing and implementing target group-orientated eLearning courses
- Care and maintenance of training equipment
- Active maintenance of the global trainer network
- Planning and implementing projects to support the regional or country-specific training business
- Supporting the development of training programmes and learning paths with the 'Portfolio Manager Service Training' and related departments
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in the IT environment or training as an IT specialist (preferably specialising in system integration or digital networking)
- Microsoft Server Administration, Active Directory, Domain Administration (Microsoft Certified Associate)
- Deep knowledge of Linux (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) or equivalent
- Application knowledge of Ubuntu, Docker, Docker Compose, Kibana
- Knowledge of AWS System Administrator
- First experience in conducting trainings in adult education desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
You are enthusiastic about imparting knowledge and communicate at eye level. The needs of your customers are your priority and you are characterised by your intercultural competence.
