About the role
- To manage, develop and grow our sales and profit within our GKAM and Regional Key Accounts (RKA) in line with Board and CLT forecasts and expectations
- Develop and implement an effective growth strategy with short / medium term focus on GKAM and RKA customers
- Expand our share of wallet within customers to cover our full range of products and services
- Focus on increasing sales of key product and service areas – RPE, PPE, Gas Detection, B.A, Impairment, Service
- Ensure all global contracts are effectively implemented
- Ensure head offices, points of influence and key site are being visited regularly with effective business growth plans in place
- Develop regular and effective reporting to UK management team and region
- Develop medium / long term strategy and plan to identify, target and grow business at Uk & Ireland “national account customers”

- Team of 15 with close collaboration with other sales teams and marketing departments.

Role Requirements
Education/Qualifications
- Sales and / or business development related degree would be advantageous but is not essential
Related Experience
- Business development and sales experience essential
- Working with large, national companies
- Experience with our product range and markets advantageous but not essential
