Could you be a part of our customer service team?
Dräger Finland is looking for a driven and committed Customer Service representative who will be part of our customer service team under the Safety segment. We will offer you a role where you will work in order management and follow up on our customers' questions. You will work with our Finnish customers, based in Vantaa office and report to our Customer Service Manager, Safety Nordics.
Customer Service is an important department in our company, supporting both our customers and colleagues in Dräger Nordics. You will be part of a professional and independent team that is the first point of contact for our customers. Advice, quotes and order management are some of the main tasks along with supporting both internal and external customers. It is a hectic everyday life, where good customer relations mean everything and where the customers' needs are always in focus.
Together, we maintain a professional and positive tone towards customers and internally we have a good atmosphere between colleagues.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Make sure our customers experience a great service when they contact us.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Onboard existing customers into Customer Portal
- Prepare, coordinate and deliver technical offers to customers and follow them up.
- Handle customer orders from various digital platforms and follow-up on these according to existing processes.
- Give product advice to our customers.
- Ensure that customer will receive their orders according to our service level agreement.
- Claim handling.
- Invoice correctly in time and according to agreed terms and conditions.
- Be back-up for the other Nordic countries.
- Close collaboration with the sales team, product managers and other colleagues in the Nordics
- Other administrative tasks in sales and customer service
Your Qualifications
About you:
- Good technical understanding and general interest in technical products.
- Good knowledge of Finnish and English, Swedish language is an advantage.
- experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM365 is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Experience with digital platforms such as SharePoint, purchasing portals and webshop.
