Telford is our US manufacturing site for the Neonatal product line as well as production support for Dräger’s Safety products. This location also serves as the key site for essential US functions which includes Medical Sales and Service Management, Medical Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality and Finance. Andover supports the design and assembly of our patient monitoring products.
This role is responsible for leading Human Resources & Quality training programs, including the design and development of classroom and e-learning training. The incumbent will determine optimal training solutions that adhere to Draeger’s training program as well as training other staff members to perform tasks effectively, proficiently while meeting compliance requirements.
Develops, implements, and maintains programs to ensure employee’s receive requisite training for compliance on Company’s policies and processes at onboarding and throughout term of employment with Company. Administrator of Company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other training programs and tools.
Develops and supports the creation of training matrices for DMSI and training modules based on Job Roles to ensure QMS compliance. This role will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures, training modules and provide monthly training qualification reports to site management.
- This position can be based out of our Telford, PA or our Andover, MA facilities. This position has a hybrid schedule.
- Administrator of Learning Management System (LMS), including, but not limited to, determining, and implementing training profiles upon employees’ hire, promotion, or expansion of responsibilities. Ensures alignment in profiles and training requirements. Maintains, troubleshoots, and updates LMS, including, but not limited to interacting with Germany-based LMS team to align globally on tool and to resolve issues. Assists employees in use of LMS, including periodically advising employees and managers of training status.
- Develops training materials, including creating instructional video and audio recordings, to train employees on HR Compliance areas identified by Director, HR Compliance & Training. Conducts live training on HR and/or Quality Compliance matters. Maintains training content, including LMS based material, to ensure content is current, accurate and compliant. Assists with updates and creation of policies and procedures.
- Assists Quality in compliance programs (e.g., including development and maintenance of tools, materials, and training as needed). Includes, assisting in government, agency, and other external audits, as well as internal audits. As required, participates in audits as subject matter expert (SME) of LMS system.
- Assists Director, HR Compliance & Training in onboarding process, including employee orientation program. Includes program development, maintenance, and training of programs needed for employee education or awareness upon commencement of employment and first months following.
- Assists in identification of employee development programs including but not limited to, WeLead and LeadvantEDGE programs and manages the relationship with outside training partners.
- Collaborates with various departments to create training materials, instructional videos and audio recordings utilizing a variety of applications and tools as needed.
- Work with global and local process owners to gather information, analyze, and recommend best methods for effective training delivery. Work directly with functional areas to support the development of Qualified trainers.
- Manages the application and administrative process for state training grants.
- Carryout HR departmental needs for program management and development, as identified by Director, HR Compliance & Training.
Your Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
Related Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant systems-focused training role.
- General knowledge of training administration practices, techniques, and standards.
- Strong knowledge of learning management platforms.
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience making independent decisions regarding moderate & complex problems.
- Experience in a highly service-oriented role.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities in a concurrent manner.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with video and audio editing a plus.

- This role requires tact, persuasion and/or negotiation skills to drive optimal solutions for all key stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
- Incumbent must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written; be able to demonstrate objectivity and be results driven
- Ablilty to manage multiple priorities and show initiative and creativity
- Ablility to anticipate problems, deal with difficult situations and communicate appropriately with all levels of customers
- Self-starter and self-directed.
