System Product Manager (m/w/d)

As part of the global product management team within the strategically important Program Dräger ONE, you are responsible for achieving market success, generating profit and keeping customers satisfied by providing digital products. These are networked hardware and software systems, the combination of which offers customers corresponding system functionality and thus additional value that goes beyond individual products.

• You will analyze market and technology trends and initiate the necessary measures to develop and adapt your digital products and system functionalities with a keen sense of what customers need and how to prioritize this.
• As part of exciting development projects, you will lead the way in the development of individual customer and product requirements regarding functionality and quality.
• You will have set your sights firmly on commercializing the system offerings along with new business models, actively working with the respective experts to ensure this goal is achieved.
• A key aspect is cross-departmental collaboration with colleagues from various functions in the context of networked medical technology.
• You will play a decisive role in various development projects and teams, with one goal: to successfully launch and commercialize digital products with system functionalities.
• In this respect, you will develop global launch plans, define the marketing mix for your digital products and implement these hand-in-hand with your interface partners from Marketing, Business Development, as well as our regional and local sales organizations.
• You will draw up competition analyses, application information and technical documents for your system portfolio, and conduct product and application training courses for selected internal and external customers.

• Graduate of Business, Engineering or Healthcare Studies.
• Relevant professional experience in the development, marketing, sales or application of medical technology devices or medical technology product management; a background in the area of clinical IT products and interoperability will be a strong advantage.
• Clinical knowledge and experience in high acuity environments is a strong advantage as well
• Strong analytical entrepreneur: you are responsible for building bridges between the various roles and teams. You have the ability to convincingly represent your offering portfolio – even in the face of opposition.
• Customer orientation is your particular strength: you are able to assess situations from the perspective of our end customers and internal customers (Sales & Service), communicate effectively with your customers and develop solutions together with them using a "can-do" mentality.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
