The Job Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of a grading framework and job architecture and further improvements in Total Reward scope
  • Benchmarking, market pricing and job evaluations of different positions. Support the design of local salary structures and analysis of the Internal Equity and External Competitiveness
  • Support HR Teams on the development of compensation and benefits related activities and projects as needed, at regional and countries level
  • Lead the company Compensation & Benefits data collection for the annual salary market surveys participation/submission
  • Keep close track of the best practices and knowledge on competitiveness and trends, to provide insights on Total Reward to different stakeholders
  • Develop & maintain compensation related reporting and dashboards
  • Identification of processes with efficiency improvement needs and help to streamline
  • Remuneration analysis to facilitate decision making
  • Preparation of compensation proposals when needed
  • Ensure data quality throughout all compensation and benefit processes

 

Candidate´s profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar. Master’s degree on Human Resources with focus on Compensation will be a plus
  • Previous experience of 2 - 3 years in a Compensation and Benefits department, HR Operations area or any type of analytical role (C&B Technical knowledge will be highly valuable)
  • Proficiency level in Spanish and English language skills
  • Proficient Excel skills and overall Microsoft Office programs
  • Attention to detail, organizational and strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Result oriented, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and eager to learn
  • Ability to work with a good level of autonomy, individually and within a team in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable working within an international environment and across diverse cultures
