Purpose of Function
- Full responsibility of HCA business sales target achievement
- Implementation both short-term and long-term market development strategies
- Manage and develop channel partners to best cover market demand
- Build up strong relationships with KOLs and closely communicate with SCPs for market development
- Report to HCA & OEM team leader and closely collaborate with device and service teams
Tasks and Responsibilities
1.Yearly sales target achievement
- Establish tactics and strategics to meet HCA business yearly target
- Maximize market coverage through integrating competitive channel partners
- Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business of highest value generation
2. New business development and monthly/yearly forecast accurately
- Maximize market potential with Draeger HCA portfolio and eagerly find out new business opportunity in close collarboration with local partners.
- Forecast accurately to meet market demand
- Reinforce HCA related work process to ensure the best class operation
- Launch new products, initiate promotion, and monitor lifecycle
3. End-user satisfaction and Channel partners development
- Build up effective HCA distribution channel networks
- Recurit potential competitive partners and closely co-work with them to ensure end-users satisfaction
- Regularly visit end-users to meet market expectation including KAs and KOLs management.
- Customers training including SCPs to keep them uptodated on product and market
4. Regularly report to team leader and collaborate with device sales and service teams including Local functional departments and regional/global Colleagues
5. Develop product positioning and pricing strategy to ensure sustainable growth
6. Keep updated on corporate policy and compliance, and develop draeger company value in local market.
