- Will be responsible for expanding relationships with new and existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs) to grow the business across the entire Draeger Supplied Respiratory and APR product lines in the US.
- The position is responsible for supporting on-site SCP technical sales training while actively collaborating with RSM team members. Responsible to introduce and sell the assigned Draeger safety portfolio.
- Part of the functional Sales organization providing technical and sales support. Is required to work closely with the assigned Regional Sales Managers and support the Division as otherwise might be needed.
- The role combines a high level of technical expertise for a broad product portfolio with a high level of sales expertise and knowledge.

Your Qualifications
Education:
- A relevant management related discipline from an accredited university and/or 4 plus years of job-related experience in similar position. High level of technical knowledge and sales experience, particularly in relevant products, can substitute for formal technical education.
Related Experience:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience for technical products and solutions in the Industrial Safety market industry or minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position supporting similar types of technical products.
Special Competencies or Certifications:
- Experience with Industrial Respiratory products, customers and distribution channels (Required)
- Knowledge of the purchasing processes for various Industrial market segments (Public Utilities, Agriculture, F&B, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Experience coaching and training skills channel partners/distributors on technical sales skills and strategies
