Responsible for expanding relationships with new and existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs) to grow the business in one or more product lines in the US. Responsible for supporting on-site SCP technical sales training while actively collaborating with RSM team members. Responsible to introduce and sell the assigned Draeger safety portfolio.
Part of the functional Sales organization providing a high level of technical expertise for a broad product portfolio with a high level of sales expertise and knowledge. Required to work closely with the assigned Regional Sales Managers and support the Division as otherwise might be needed

Sales Growth of assigned Product Portfolio: Supports assigned RSMs and corresponding SCPs in meeting the annual sales target by increasing market share through competitive end user conversions and maintaining existing customers base revenue.
Technical Ownership of SCP Portfolio: Provides coaching and technical sales development to SCPs in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills through hands-on onsite training and co-travel to prospective end-users. Provides technical support to SCPs as needed.
Develop/Grow the Business: Actively promotes and specifies the relevant Draeger portfolio with key stakeholders to a technical level. Generates and develops the business including identifying potential customers, working through SCPs (in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers) to secure growth and/or expand the business long-term. Uses every opportunity to promote Draeger products to increase the business.
SCP Subject Matter Expert: Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in SCP and end-user accounts. Provides guidance and expertise to aid in their success (e.g. growing Draeger’s business.)
Product Representation/Customer Technical and Sales Support: Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel
