Breathing Systems Product Manager / Houston, TX or Remote

An experienced Breathing Systems (SCBA) Product Manager dealing with large global matrix organization, dealing with such regulatory bodies as NFPA and NIOSH

Experience with product launches of respiratory and protective equipment

Experience developing training and resources for sales organizations and external partners

• Responsible for a key portfolio of Safety Products including: Strategic positioning, pricing excellence, lifecycle management, and product launch process rollout and measurement
• Collaborate with Director of Product Management to establish methodology to monitor customer needs, market trends and product lifecycle feedback to differentiate us from the competition and steal share
• Integrate with Global organization to leverage strong relationships and build solid support and involvement for the region
• Serve as Product Expert & Champion – performing gap analysis of product portfolio: including product deep dives + application profiles and opportunities
• Align with Segment Marketing lead to build business cases + forecast market evolution and future product trends
• Develop Sales Tools such as Total Cost of Ownership analysis and Competitive Comparison Tools

Education:  University degree in business or a related discipline or the equivalent in education, training and experience.

Related Experience: Three plus years of work experience in Marketing in a B2B company, Preferably with Product Management responsibility

Location: The position may be based in an office or in a field location, potentially working remotely – must have the ability to travel by car, air or other modes of transportation to domestic and international locations.
