Medical Technical Sales for Intensive Care & Neonatal Care

The Job Responsibilities
Purpose of Function
- To achieve sales quota for Intensive Care and Neonatal Care portfolio across Korea market
- To develop and execute IC/NC annual sales plan and mid term growth
- KAs & KOLs development and help Channel partners to achieve agreed target by territory
- Develop and manage funnel using CRM
- Design workshop, training and seminar to increase Draeger IC/NC brand awareness
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. IC/NC Sales target achievement
- Establish tactics and strategics to meet IC/NC net sales target
- Develop and execute IC/NC short and mid-term strategic planning
- Closely cowork with Channel partners to help them achieve agreed target
- Funnel management and development to increase win rate
- Tender management, Order generation and fulfillment, Installation and customers’ acceptance
- Improve product positioning and pricing strategy to ensure sustainable growth
2. KAs and KOLs management
- Regular field visit with Channel partners to ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Installed Base management to maximize sales potential and closely cowork with IC/NC Clinical application to provide right indication for use
- Regular funnel meeting with channel partners and upload/update CRM properly
3. Channel partner
- Build up highly competitive channel networks across business areas
- Guide/assist partners to help perform the highest commitment on target, funnel and tender
4. Regularly report to IC/NC Team leader and collaborate with other sales team to maximize product
- mix sales including local functional departments and regional colleagues
5. Keep updated on corporate policy and compliance, and develop draeger company value in market
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Big advantage with nursing or Biomed engineering
- Preferred ICU/NICU Clinical experience in hospitals but not mandatory
- Preferred Sales and marketing experience with Ventilator, Incubator, Thermoregulation, IC/NC related medical devices and consumables
- Preferred more than 5 years RCT Sales experience
- More than 3 years of medical devices sales experience
- Good at MS office and CRM
- Intermediate level of English business communication
- Local and overseas business travel
