The Job Responsibilities

  • Position will work at the Draeger DSV Warehouse in Lansdale, PA
  • Perform visual inspection of parts, sub-assemblies, PCB’s, products, etc. to assure conformance to specifications.
  • Document inspections, assembly, and/or testing results performed using applicable procedures and/or processes.
  • Utilize various applications such as Agile, SAP, ARAS, to ascertain acceptability of parts and/or product.
  • Work with production personnel, engineers, purchasing, and manufacturing engineers to determine and manage daily and weekly inspection priorities in order to meet production, project, and first article inspection requirements.
  • Maintain Safe, Clean environment. Provide training and direction to personnel as required.
  • Perform all assignments within Q.C. function such as Final, Incoming, Supplier, and In-Process Inspection.
  • Ensure departmental documentation is completed in proper manner.
  • Inspect material and assure conformance to specifications from inspection plans, prints, procedures, and standards.

Your Qualifications


  • High School or equivalent; Completion of technical school program in electronics, or equivalent on the job training.

Related Experience:

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Previous SAP experience preferred but not required.

Special Competencies or Certifications:

  • Ability to read assembly drawings, Bills of Material, schematics, and Manufacturing process instruction.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA GMP/QSR regulations, and ISO standards desired
  • IPC-A-610 certified - preferred, but not required
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 certified - preferred, but not required
