Customer Service Rep

• The purpose of this position is to provide World-Class customer service, as well as exceed customer’s expectations on the supply of products and services for the Safety Rental Services (RSS) business segment. 
• The essential function of the CSR III is to perform the designated rental order transactions for ordering, invoicing, return of equipment and data logistics management functions as required by established procedures and direction from management.

Education:  High school graduate (required).  Associates or Bachelors desirable but not required.

Related Experience:

•      3 years customer service experience required
•      MS Word and Excel experience required
•      ERP system knowledge helpful

Special Competencies or Certifications:

•         Must have excellent customer service skills & demeanor
•         Strong problem solving experience required
•         Ability to process information and make corresponding decisions is required
•         Experience with or ability to master a wide range of Service processes and interaction with other departments
•         Must be adept at using a computer and specialized software      

Due to the nature of this position, qualified candidates will be required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.  Proof of vaccination will be required as part of the onboarding process. You may be required to carry your vaccination card when on-site at client customers.

Employees at our Houston, Texas facility are responsible designing comprehensive customer solutions leveraging our Safety portfolio which includes essential lifesaving products including portable gas detection, Draeger Tubes and SCBAs.
